Objectives of the Course

The individual and organizational expectations of employees have led management science to define employees as human resources, distinguishing them from other production factors and even the labor factor in economics. Performance evaluation and performance management systems, which form the basis of incentive compensation structure, are crucial in determining the measurement and reward structure to enhance employee productivity. The aim of the course is to teach performance management and enable students to understand the systematics of performance appraisal and reward.

Course Content

The training provides information on accurately measuring employee performance within the organization, understanding performance appraisal methods, and reporting performance evaluation results. Teaching reward methods is essential for enhancing the effectiveness of incentive compensation systems. Participants are informed about error sources in performance management and equipped with performance management skills.
