Teaching the planning and control techniques for the success of the projects is to learn the concepts and methods that play a role in the success of the project by approaching them with their technical and social dimensions.
This course discusses the factors necessary for successful project management. Topics include project management concepts, requirements definition, project manager, teams, project organization, project communication, project planning, scheduling, control and associated costs. Software tools for project management will be an integrated part of the course.
