Objectives of the Course

The lecture examines the psychological nature of the management process by focusing on the human being and his/her psychology, which is the main object of the process.

Course Content

By introducing the discipline of management psychology in relation to other disciplines, it focuses on the nature of the normal and pathological distinction in management processes. By focusing on the examination of factors such as personality formation and leadership at the normal-pathological border; It allows the investigation of productive and non-productive /destructive behaviors that occur in organizations.
