Objectives of the Course

Labour Relations in the History, From Antiquity to Present social policies (labor relations), the birth, development, popularization andhistorical process of the establishment, within a chronological approach to investigate.

1.Understand the context and structure of the welfare state and social policy
2.Know the details of the relationship between the employee and the employer within the scope of the Labor Law No. 4857 and relevant legislation
3.Know the documents that must be included in the personnel file within the scope of the Labor Law No. 4857 and relevant legislation
4.To carry out recruitment, dismissal and relations regulation on behalf of the employer within the scope of the Labor Law No. 4857 and relevant legislation
5.Know the legal rights and responsibilities of both oneself and the interns who will do their internship in the workplace within the scope of the Vocational Education Law No. 3308.
