Objectives of the Course

With this course, it is aimed that the student will be able to comprehend the liabilities, responsibilities of the insurer and the insured, the exemptions, exceptions and clauses in the policy, the concept and the basics of recourse, the concept of reinsurance, the features and methods of reinsurance in case of any dispute. .
