Objectives of the Course

This course is required for students in the community with the basic legal rules to live together, and aspiring to give basic law information in the Turkish Law System.

Course Content

Necessity of human, a social creature to live in a regular and safe environment, social relations, management, rules of social order, the elements of the rule of law, legal sanctions, the classification of legal rules, law and the concepts of legal system, sources of law, the separation of public and private law and brief information about the major branches of law, the concept of right, the concept of legal relationship, the legal case, legal action and legal process, acquisition, loss and protection of rights, judicial organization.
