Objectives of the Course

To gain knowledge and skills about the nature, scope of public receivables, consent payment and the procedure followed in compulsory collection, to equip them with the ability to interpret and use the protection of public receivables and the compulsory collection procedures, to gain judgment regarding the transactions in these processes.
