| 1. | Evaluates the care needs of individuals with surgical diseases and plans appropriate care interventions. |
| 2. | Explains and performs basic care practices for diseases related to endocrine, gastrointestinal, urogenital, nervous, respiratory, and cardiovascular system surgery. |
| 3. | Plans and performs home care practices for individuals with invasive interventions, those undergoing dialysis, and those with special care needs. |
| 4. | Identifies situations requiring emergency care at home and carries out appropriate initial intervention and care management. |
