Objectives of the Course

Organizational behavior model. Decision-making in organizations: Decision making, types of decisions, conditions of effective decision making and group decisions. Conflict in Organizations: Definition and sources of conflict, conflict prevention, outcome of conflict, conflict management and emotional aspect of conflict resolution. Organizations are disappointed and job satisfaction. Stress in the management of organizations: Individual and organizational stress, causes of stress and its consequences. Groups and group behavior. Behavioral approaches in the integration of individual-organization. To provide a broad and holistic view of the operation and management. It is also aimed to examine the phases of the operation until the establishment of the enterprise and to examine the business functions that must be fulfilled in order to survive after the operation has started

Course Content

Motivation, organizational climate, communication, leadership, job satisfaction, moral, working, problem solving and stress coping methods affecting organizational behavior, organization groups, and individual behaviors, discussions on organizational effectiveness and organizational change concepts student projects are among the topics of this course
