Objectives of the Course

To provide information about the establishment, operation and control of a safe and secure integrated management system by combining international and national standards.

International Standards (ISO), ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001 - ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System, ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, 31001 Risk Management System, ISO50001 Energy Management System, Turkish Standards Institute, CE Certificate, International Safety Management System (ISM).

6.Basic Concepts in Quality Management Systems: Defines Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement
