Course Objective To inform about the legislation on occupational health and safety at the entry level; Having knowledge of the legal framework of the employer's liability arising from worker protection and supervision, administrative and penal sanctions and audit matters.
Constitution, law, khk, statutes, regulations and other legislation Service contracts and liabilities in the Law of Obligations and Labor Law and administrative and penal sanctions and audit activities arising therefrom.
