Objectives of the Course

This course aims to teach the students about the legal activities of the management.

Course Content

Characteristics of the rules of law and differentiation from other social order rules; contemporary legal systems; compilation movement in law and compilation of Turkish Law; sanction and types; public law, private law, mixed law branches and subdivisions; Turkish positive laws and problems; implementation of various aspects of the law; right; concepts of rights ownership and competency; responsibility and accountability

Rules of social order, species. As a rule of social order differences of law and other rules of social order
Week 2 - Theoretical
The definition of law, different meaning, the purpose of law, the fundamental characteristics of the rule of law, types of law.

Written and unwritten sources of law
Week 4 - Theoretical
Systematic of Law (public law and private law)Branches of Public Law, Private Law branches, the Joint Qualified Law Branches.

Turkish judicial system, judicial institutions and types of lawsuits.

The concept of debt, sources of debt, provision of debt, termination of debt.

Rights owners (person) concept. The concept of real person, the real people of the competency, the relationships between people.
