Objectives of the Course

Biotechnological methods and techniques to teach the basic principles and applications of agricultural production

Course Content

Biotechnology definition, history, importance and application alanları.Plant applications of the basic principles of tissue and organ culture. Plant cell and protoplast culture, somaclonal variation, somatic hybridization and protoplast fusion and the use of agricultural production, meristem culture and disease - free plant production. Molecular laboratory techniques and their plants, identification of pathogens and pests, and the use of the classification. Genetic engineering, plant gene transfer technology, genetically modified crops and agricultural areas. Disease, pests and herbicide -resistant transgenic plants, advantages, disadvantages, benefits and risks of agriculture and the environment.
