The aim of this course is to teach the benefits, historical development and basic concepts of insurance. In this direction; The concept of insurance contract and its establishment are explained in detail, the order of the provisions to be applied to the insurance contract is determined, the principles and rules of insurance law are taught and the application is shown with examples to gain the ability to solve problems.
