Objectives of the Course

The basic principles of individual labor law and collective labor law teaching is to help students learn about Turkey's labor relations. In addition, within the scope of this course, by considering the provisions of the labor contract and the rights and obligations of the parties, it is aimed to provide the students to learn the legal rules to be applied to the labor relations between the employer and the employee in the enterprises.

Course Content

Within the scope of the course, the subject, principles and purpose of labor law, individual labor law and collective labor law issues, labor contract, regulation of working and rest periods, occupational health and safety, trade unions, collective labor agreement, strike and lockout are examined under the main headings.
