Objectives of the Course

The evaluation of the General Provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, the birth of the relationship of debt in the light of scientific and judicial resources, the examination of the provisions and types

Course Content

The systematics of the Code of Obligations in comparison with the Code of Obligations and the Code of Obligations, the sources of the Law of Obligations, the relationship between debt and debt, the types of rights (rights of credit regulation), the concept of responsibility, the sources of debt relations, the obligations arising from legal transactions and especially contractual obligations; establishment, completion and adaptation of the contract to changing conditions
