Objectives of the Course

To teach the elderly and patients what needs to be done to develop their areas of interest according to their mental state.

Course Content

Suggesting various activities to maintain the self-confidence of the elderly, to strengthen their ties with the society, to make them feel useful, to encourage mental and physical activities.
