Objectives of the Course

To provide basic concepts, definitions, principles and purposes of training science and basic information about biomotor skills.

Athlete Needs Analysis, Athlete Tests and Program Evaluation, Dynamic Warm-Up, Resistance Training, Strength Training, Anaerobic Conditioning, Endurance Training, Agility Training, Speed ??Training, Balance and Stability Training, Training Integration and Periodization, Training Program Application
