Objectives of the Course

With modern care methods, to control and heal the injured tissue in the shortest time and without complications.

Course Content

Structure of the skin and definition of the wound, classification of wounds, wound healing process, factors affecting wound healing, pressure wound and preventive measures, pressure wound treatment, diabetic foot physiology, prevention strategies and care, vascular leg wound physiopathology, treatment and care, fundamental in wound care. principles, auxiliary techniques dressing and wound care products, training for patients and caregivers

1.To be able to define the wound
2.To be able to count the types of wound healing and the factors affecting wound healing.
3.Ability to define the pressure half, count the maintenance to prevent
4.To be able to enumerate the basic principles in wound care, assistive techniques in wound healing
5.Ability to apply dry, wet, wet and dry dressing to the wound, to decide on the appropriate dressing specific to the wound.
