The aims of the course are to introduce topic extend and methodology of industrial and organisational psychology; to teach basic concepts and theories
The field, history, topics, methodologies of Industrial and organisational psychology; job anlysis, employmet selection, performans evaluation, motivation to work, job satisfaction, training; organisational leadership and management, groups and team work at organisations, job stress.
