Objectives of the Course

The aim of the programme is to develop the students' ability to communicate competently in English in oral, written, interpersonal, technological and business life, believing in the benefit of knowing English professionally.

Course Content

Basic principles of formal communication in English (telephoning, texting, making appointments, etc.); communicating, making schedules, dealing with problems, making suggestions, giving directions, writing business letters, leaving notes, giving excuses, giving instructions, making complaints, welcoming visitors; communicating in presentations and meetings; asking for and offering help; work safety
