This course aims to enable students to acquire fundamental knowledge and skills related to scientific research processes, research methods, and data analysis; to raise awareness about scientific ethics and plagiarism; and to develop competence in scientific writing and effective presentation techniques.
This course covers the scientific research process and key concepts; theoretical foundations of research; methodological research planning; qualitative and quantitative research methods; data collection and analysis techniques in scientific studies; skills for reading and interpreting scientific texts; research methodologies; ethical principles in scientific writing and issues related to plagiarism; as well as principles, preparation, and implementation of effective oral and poster presentations.
