Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to learn the importance of having plants indoors, the most common plant species in indoor and outdoor spaces and the reproduction and maintenance characteristics of these plants and to provide an understanding of the basic principles in the organization of outdoor spaces.

Course Content

Characteristics of greenhouses, plant growing techniques in greenhouses, features to be considered when taking plants indoors, ecological requirements, care and propagation procedures, the most common indoor and outdoor plants, classification of outdoor plants, outdoor plants, issues to be considered in the arrangement of outdoor spaces.
