Objectives of the Course

To instruct learners how and why quality analyses of certain industrial substances are made; the chemical reactions during analyses; how to interpret the analyses; and how to solve problems related to analysis results.

Course Content

Some important industrial materials (water, food, fertilizer, beverage, oil, sugar beet, coal, detergent, cement, etc.) why the quality analysis is made, how it is done, the chemical reactions in the analysis, the methods used, how to calculate and interpret the results of the analysis, to teach how to solve problems.
