Objectives of the Course

To give basic information about the preparation and analysis of samples according to different physical states such as solid, liquid, gas, inorganic, organic, food, biological and to instrumental method applied

Course Content

Providing fundamental concepts about solid-liquid, liquid-liquid extraction, solid phase extraction techniques used in preparing environmental samples. Offering basic knowledge for the analysis of environmental samples using spectroscopic and chromatographic methods.
