Objectives of the Course

To make students comprehend the definition and classification of cosmetics, some applications and developments in the cosmetics sector.

Course Content

The definition and classification of cosmetics, analyses applied to cosmetic products and packaging materials, the structure, types, and problems of the skin, the use of minerals and vitamins in cosmetics, basic skincare products and their contents, dermatological creams, general characteristics and contents of makeup products, the structure and problems of hair.
