Objectives of the Course

To comprehensively convey the basic principles, analysis methods and industrial applications of surface chemistry at the undergraduate level.

Course Content

Informing students about surface tension and measurement methods, events occurring at the interface, basics of surface adsorption, surface chemistry and industrial applications, viscosity, colloidal systems, micelles, emulsions, emulsifiers and aerosol systems, their components and properties
