Objectives of the Course

Teaching the basic techniques applied for the separation, purification and quantitative analysis of biochemical samples.

1.Learns the theory of techniques to be used for the separation and purification of biochemical samples.
2.Understands the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods of proteins, carbohydrates, nucleic acids and lipids.

4.Learns the techniques to be used for the preparation of biological samples.
5.Obtains and learns information about structural analysis of biological molecules.
6.Have knowledge about current techniques developed for the analysis of biochemical samples.
