In this course, the micro perspectives of sociological thinking will be examined through the general agents of this area. How these thinkers analyses the social facts sociologically will be also examined. In this sense, it is aimed at teaching the students the strong and weak aspects of these thinkers and how the students can use their perspectives in a pluralistic way.
This course aims to present the contemporary sociological theories according to their historical development and trough the main agents comparatively. This course focuses on the approaches which view the society in the context of micro level such as symbolic Interactionism, phenomenological sociology and ethnometodology.
