Objectives of the Course

1.The purpose of this course to analyze and discuss youth as a social and historical category. 2.To examine socio-economic, cultural and political status of young people. 3. In addition to these, the future apprehensions career plannings, positions in labour market and expectations from university of young people in higher education.

Course Content

Youth as a result of Modernity, The Relation Between Education and Youth, The Relation Between culture, politics and youth, The relation between youth and crime, The expectations and problems of higher education students.
