Objectives of the Course

Purpose of the Course Students; It aims to enable students to learn the written and oral expression types of Turkish and to understand the relationships between them and the characteristics of these types.

Course Content

The steps to compose an essay, subject choosing, to decide on the view- point, the techniques of paragraph composition, oral and written types of compositions, the rules and information on formal writing, practices on the chosen texts.

Learning Outcomes
1.The student uses appropriate forms of expression and ways of developing thought in oral and written expressions.
2.Can distinguish between oral and written expression types.
3.Can apply oral and written expression types.
4.Can read and understand Turkish science, art and culture publications.
5.to be able to implement scientific methods, approach academically and generate information (such as a thesis)
6.to be able to compound and analyze the notion, emotion or projection in any kind of written/ spoken text and to observe critically and comment on these texts.
