Objectives of the Course

The objective of this course is to enable students to summarize the political history of the Seljukid State, to list the resources, to explain the Great Seljuqid Empire’s place in Turkish and world history.

Course Content

he political history and social structure of the Seljuks of Anatolia from its foundation to its disintegration, the Anatolian Seljukids’ place in Turkish and world history.
