Objectives of the Course

Starting from the end of the 18th century, the political, economic and social situation of the Ottoman Empire in the 19th century. Innovation studies of Ottoman Empire.

1.to be able to explain the effects and the results of the French Revolution in the Ottoman Empire
2. to be able to explain the politics the 19th Century, ekonomic and social structure of the Ottoman Empire
3.to be able to discuss military and bureaucratic changes and comprehend internal and external dynamics of these changes
4.to be able to evaluate the reasons for the Constitutional system, and the impacts and the reactions against this system.
