Objectives of the Course

As in every science, there is a unique method in the science of history. There is no scientific and scientific research. Since it is a science in history, it has to have its own method and technique. In addition to the methods and techniques used in the discipline of history, their studies will be carried out.

Introduction to historical researches about the method of the course, Information about the subject and purpose of the course, giving bibliographic information about the content of the course, the basic characteristics of history, subject, importance, definition, history consciousness, evaluation of historical phenomenon concepts and theories, Criticism, historical criticism, criticism of documents The historical conditions of the text as a text, the general conditions of the historical control, the history of the reasoning, the criticism of the research works, content, criticism of the issues to be emphasized, criticism of the physical structure, criticism of method and content, language and style criticism, the path to be followed during the research and rules to be followed, Determining the research subject, limiting the chosen subject, making a temporary plan, collecting resources, writing process

The relationship of history with social sciences, sciences auxiliary to history, other branches of science and areas of expertise among auxiliary sciences of history

Conceptions of history and historiography from ancient times to the present

Today, the understanding of history and historiography is subject to conceptual and theoretical debates.

Criticism, historical criticism, criticism of documents

Fiction of historical events as text, general conditions of constructing history, reasoning in historical

The path to be followed and the rules to be followed during the research

Determining the research topic, limiting the selected topic, making a tentative plan, collecting resources, writing process

Editing plans, taking notes, adding footnotes, transferring text, editing bibliography
