Giving an idea about the importance of justice, law making and enforcement in the Ottoman Empire, demonstrating that judicial systemand economical structure of the Ottoman Empire were tightly connected to each other.
Judicial analysis of the kanunnames, relations of tahrir (census) registers and issued kanunnames, differences between the issued laws in different Ottoman provinces, Adaletnames in the Ottoman Empire, law articles about the land law and agricultural production, duties and powers of kadi, the most important lawman in the provinces.
