Objectives of the Course

Republic of Turkey's founder, Mustafa Kemal Pasha's Speech penned goal to give account to the people reading to do an evaluation events of the period, how to assess whether learning by Oration, one of the most important written sources of the history of the Republic of reading and time of the incident, Mustafa Kemal Pasha, Mustafa Kemal Pasha to learn the perspectives of the opponents of the period and question the reasons behind these evaluations

Course Content

On October 15, 1927, Mustafa Kemal addressed the Republican People's Party (CHP) Assembly in the grand hall of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. The last days of the Ottoman Empire in this long speech called Nutuk the Great Speech; days are the most important source for the national struggle and the TC establishment. Mustafa Kemal Nutuk analyzed the military and political aspects of the War of Independence with documents and explained the collapse of the Ottoman Empire and the birth of the Republic. Nutuk'ta described the events in 9 years in three stages. The first stage is the period of the TGNA governments on April 23, 1920 from the beginning of 19 May 1919. The third stage is the Republic Period covering the period of 29 October 1923-1927. Republic of Turkey to protect against internal and external threats at the point of guiding with the Turkish youth.
