Objectives of the Course

The Arabic (II) course aims to equip students with a proficient command of nahw and sarf terminology, enabling them to analyze simple sentences encountered during the course. It seeks to provide students with the necessary knowledge and tools to understand and use basic rules of Arabic grammar in a simple and concise manner.

Course Content

The Arabic (II) course consists of three books: the first focuses on Nahw, covering its topics and terminologies; the second on Sarf, covering its topics and terminologies; and the third deals with the application of grammar and sarf rules to literary texts.

Learning Outcomes
1.The student has the necessary knowledge and tools for morphological analysis.
2.They are proficient in conjugating defective and sound verbs.
3.The student understands and memorizes Nahw and Sarf terminologies.
4.The student aquıres advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in the field, supported by current textbooks, application tools, and other resources.
5.The student engages in linguistic comparisons and can compare sentence structures between English and Arabic.
6.The studen studies Arabic language and eloquence topics.
7.The student grasps the relationship between Arabic language and the science of Quranic recitation (kıraat).
8.The student reaches a level where they can comprehend classical foundational sources.
9.The student prioritizes the analysis of the Quranic grammar.
