Objectives of the Course

The purpose of the HRM course is to discuss the scientific basis of human resource management processes to improve corporate performance by taking into account about the environmental aspects of organizations.

Course Content

Principles and problems of labor relations, employee relations and personnel management, including employment and training of personnel, employee-employer relations, incentives, wage and salary administration, job evaluation and merit rating.
