Objectives of the Course

To define Treasury understanding and its Development, information related to treasury functions and sources, evaluations on Central Banking and Treasury-Central Bank relations, risk management, information about debt Office. Beside these all teaching basic information about markets that forms financial system and the instruments that are used in these markets.
