Objectives of the Course

Objectives of this course are to help students to understand components of communication, reasons behind intrapersonal and interpersonal conflicts, and to learn effective communication skills

Course Content

Definition of interpersonal communication, communication model, elements and characteristics of communication, effective listening, feedback, interpersonal communication blocks, facilitative elements of communication, the importance of expressing emotion in communication, communication and conflict resolution, communication applications
