It is aimed to introduce the main sources written in the field of Sufism in chronological order and to provide information about the basic subject, terminology and issues of Sufism in relation to these main sources and thus to obtain a general idea about the Sufi understanding of the Sufi authors who wrote the works.

In the Classical Sufi Texts Course; some sections from the main works that are sources of Sufism; el-Lüm‘a, et-Taarruf, Risâletü’l-Melâmiyye, Risâletü’l-Kuşeyriyye, Kashfü’l-Mahcub, el-Munkız mine’d-dalâl, el-Fethu’r-rabbani ve’l-feyzü’r-rahmanî, el-Fütûhâtü’l-Mekkiyye, Mesnevi-i Şerif, Avârifü’l-Maârif, el-Hikemü’l-Ataiyye, Nefehâtü’l-üns and Mektûbât will be studied and analyzed.
