The aim of this course is to provide a general understanding of the fundamental principles, historical evolution, and functioning of Islamic Judicial Law, alongside an overview of the Islamic Judicial Organization.

The course content encompasses the fundamental principles of Islamic judicial law, litigation procedures, court organization, roles of judicial officers, and other judicial institutions, excluding qadi courts, as well as administrative processes.
