- Bacterial diseases of fish, epidemiology of these diseases - Sample collection, selection of appropriate laboratory diagnostic tests, interpretation and understanding of test results - Control of fish diseases and vaccines, training of students who are knowledgeable about the control of diseases, especially in aquaculture - Taking appropriate measures about notified, registered and zoonotic fish diseases, including diagnosis of the suspicious symptoms of these diseases and informing the relevant authorities

| 1. | To be able to understand bacteria that causes diseases in fish, and reason the colony and singular morphologic properties of these bacteria |
| 2. | To be able to comprehend the transmission and pathogenesis of the bacteria |
| 3. | To be able to know and apply the subjects of collecting, storing and transporting samples for diagnosis in bacterial fish infections, selecting appropriate diagnostic tests, interpreting and understanding test results. |
| 4. | To be able to interpret the hygiene rules and vaccines for preventing diseases |
| 5. | To be able to take appropriate measures, including recognizing the notifiable, registering and suspicious symptoms of zoonotic fish diseases and informing the relevant authorities. |
