Objectives of the Course

To teach and gain practical ability on arthropod species (insect and mite), biology, hazardous effects of arthropoda to host, epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment and control and prevention techniques of the arthropod infestations in domestic animals and human.

Course Content

Biology of internal and external artropods of domestic animals, their potential as a vector and the diseases transmitted by these vectors. Treatment, control and prevention techniques of arthropod infestations.
