Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to give information about definition, importance and materials of food packaging as well as methods for food packaging.

Course Content

Packaging materials, safe food-contact materials, edible and biodegradable food packaging materials, food packaging methods, active packaging, vacuum packaging, and modified atmosphere packaging.
