Objectives of the Course

This course aims to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and perspective necessary to develop innovative business ideas, transform them into feasible projects, and create sustainable ventures. Students will also learn about project planning processes, cost analysis, feasibility studies, and risk management.

Course Content

By introducing the concepts of engineering, innovation, and entrepreneurship, the course helps students gain essential skills such as idea generation, business model development, project planning, financial evaluation, time management, risk analysis, and sustainability. While learning how to turn their ideas into entrepreneurship-oriented projects, students will also gain experience in teamwork, presentation techniques, and ethical responsibilities.

Learning Outcomes
1.Explains fundamental concepts of entrepreneurship, innovation, and project management in the food industry; distinguishes between different types of entrepreneurship.
2.Develops an original business idea using creative thinking skills, constructs a business model, and defines a value proposition.
3.Conducts target market analyses, performs technical and financial feasibility evaluations of investment projects, and applies risk assessments.
4.Applies all stages of the investment project preparation process and prepares a comprehensive business plan.
5.Identifies national and international entrepreneurship support programs; demonstrates effective presentation and teamwork skills.
