Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide general information about sugar, confectionery, chocolate, tea, coffee, spices, chips and snack technologie.

Course Content

Sugar technology, glucose syrup, cocoa and chocolate, confectionery, tea, coffee, spices, chips and snack production technologies and quality criteria related to these foods will be explained.
