Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is to introduce the instrumental devices widely used in the field of food engineering and to teach certain analyzes performed using these devices.

Course Content

Classical and instrumental analyzes, HPLC and GC; principles and applications, spectrophotometer application, thin-layer chromatography and column chromatography applications, GC-MS application, rancimat application.
