To teach students design phases and project management

Introduction to Design and Design Methodology: product or technical system conceptualization, analysis of design requirements and objectives, Economic analysis of design projects, Preparation of project proposals, Design for manufacturing, Safety and reliability in design, Information resources in engineering and standards, Project management and significance of teamwork, Feasibility analysis
