Objectives of the Course

1. To know the basic information and behaviors about voice and choir. 2. To recognize Turkish Music sound system. 3. To recognize the works in Turkish Folk Music repertoire. 4. To perform Turkish Folk Music works according to their local characteristics. 5. According to the level of Turkish Folk Music works; To create vocabulary suitable for different regions, forms, methods and makam-series.

To obtain information about collective discipline and localism while performing vocal studies in accordance with the regions of Turkish Folk Music.
